Catalyst for change

Eve Simon is a resourceful, creative and committed Coach & Consultant with over 20 years experience specializing in Management Development, Communications, Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion and Conscious Capitalism. Her passion is to inspire companies and executives to find new ways to create a workplace where everyone can thrive. Eve has provided advice and guidance to corporations and individuals all over the world.

Eve spent the first 14 years of her career in senior management and leadership positions spanning multiple industries; including Telecommunications (E-Plus), Advertisement (Grey Network), Health Care, Retail, Fashion and Hospitality.

Prior to starting her own company in 2005 (Inspiration Without Borders), she managed national marketing, change and communications at telecommunications giant E-Plus, leading successful change management efforts as they transitioned from start-up, through their most explosive growth phase, and finally into the maturity phase of company evolution.

Business savvy meets creative mindset

Eve collaborates with leading consultancies such as Oxford Leadership, the Institute of Applied Creativity (IAK), Seminar Partner and Ludic. She has consulted entities such as Brose, Lufthansa, Boehringer, Currenta, Bayer, Metro, RBSM and helped many start-ups to flourish.

As a consultant and manager, a distinguishing mark of Eve’s career includes the founding, development and expansion of incubator, start-ups and new departments.

Global citizen with an open mind

Eve holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland, two Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Advertisement, and advanced studies in management, leadership, coaching (certified from the NLP & Coaching Institute of California) and sociology in global institutions. In addition to a strong education in economics, marketing and organizational development, she is certified in the science of mindfulness and in various personal growth modalities.

With her daughter Eve lives on two continents, in The San Francisco Bay Area and Düsseldorf, Germany.
